My client an Independent spoecialist Car dealer in Chelmsford is looking for someone who is ideally from an administrative role, with a great eye for detail who is also very friendly with a flexible approach to work duties. Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft packages and the ability to work without supervision.
Liaise with auction houses with regards to vehicles sold and brought;
Log all vehicles in and out, carrying out inspections when transporter lorries arrive on site;
Manage and process all paperwork relating to the Buying team;
Load vehicles onto our website, ensuring all information is correct;
Liaise on a regular basis with the buying team;
Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks;
Process and Track department of motor vehicle registrations;
Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc):
Ability to work outdoors in all weather;
High attention to detail;
Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload;
Friendly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to take a proactive approach without supervision;
A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn;
Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, alternative Saturdays 8am to 6pm)
