BASIC £35,000 + OTE £65,000
Our Client is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their successful Sales team in Eastbourne. You will be a confident communicator with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you will work to set targets to optimise sales volume and profitability whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Business Manager will work with customers to arrange appropriate financing to meet their individual needs and present extended service contracts and other owner protection programmes during completion of sale.
They are looking for the following ....
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Passion and drive for exceeding targets
- Knowledge of FCA regulations relating to the sale of Finance and Insurance products.
- Competence in Microsoft packages
- A full driving licence
About you
You will have previous management experience in the automotive industry, as well as a track record of coaching and developing sales teams. You will be passionate about delivering first class customer experiences.
Experience monitoring financial performance against budget, as well as the ability to identify and address shortfalls is a must. It is important that you have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
