As Business Manager you are responsible for enhancing the customer experience and progressing the sale of the car by stacking the best deal and if needs be second facing the customer. You will be responsible for the presentation of all finance products, service plans and accessories. The successful candidate will have the ability to build trust and build loyalty with the customer.
Responsibilities will include:
Plan and achieve used car targets
Part exchange valuations
Offering the most suitable finance solutions
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with the sale of the car by using a strong and robust sales process
Process finance documents for pay-out produce finance quotes and proposals
Process and record deposit payments along with final balances
Part exchange appraisal and valuation
Ability to close sales by second facing
Assess the needs and requirements for every customer at point of order
Encourage showroom (or home where required) visits when enquiries are by telephone or online
Ensure all customer details are recorded and entered onto the enquiry management system accurately
Respond to customer requests for information in line with company standards
Responsible for making sure all follow ups and renewals are completed
Key Skills/Attributes Required:
FCA accreditation required
Excellent knowledge of finance and related systems
Knowledge of insurance products
Full clean licence
