BASIC SALARY £22-24,000 DOE OTE £50/55,000 + CAR

Our estate agency client is looking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic BRANCH SALES MANAGER to push business to the next level. Must be a strong lister and have good local knowledge.

You will have a proven track record of working within Residential Sales at Manager level or a Valuer / Assistant Manager level with solid listing experience ready to take the step into Management.

Key Skills:

• Currently running a Sales Branch or ready to make that next step coming from Assistant Manager or valuer role
• A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and selling properties and generating new business
• Able to lead motivate, manage and lead by example.
• Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
• Motivational and enthusiastic

The Branch Manager will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with an excellent understanding of the property industry, and will have experience overseeing and managing a team.
