BASIC SALARY CIRCA £19-22,000 - MONDAY TO SATURDAY (DAY OFF IN WEEK)
My client, a well established estate agency in Surbiton are looking to recruit an experienced BRANCH / SALES ADMINISTRATOR with ideally 1-2 years admin experience - driving licence is not essential.
This reputable brand is looking for someone that can work well under pressure and is able to communicate well on the phone and front of house. This position is very varied and can be demanding so excellent organisational skills are a MUST.
You will need:
Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
Previous admin experience ideal
To work well under pressure
Good communication and organisation skills
Good, friendly telephone manner
Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
Be able to prioritise
Positive, friendly attitude
Booking and arranging property photographs and floorplans
Uploading photos and writing property descriptions
Liaising with both the Sales and Lettings Managers
Preparation of advertising material
Visual marketing - window displays and property particulars
Property Key Management
Touting for new business
Office support including typing, copying, filing and other ad hoc duties
Chasing vendors for outstanding paperwork
Money laundering records
Collections of property information forms
Keeping the office tidy
