My client is looking for a Branch Administrator who is an excellent organiser with good attention to detail. Professional and smartly dressed with a good telephone manner and ability to speak with all types of people. The ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure, prioritise workload effectively and cope with a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. You must have a friendly and approachable manner and can work on your own initiative and part of team. Branch Administrator experience is essential. Loyal, trustworthy and reliable are also qualities they are looking for.
Dealing with incoming calls and customers in the office
Booking viewings and Market Appraisals
Tenant referencing and setting up new tenancies
Managing the tenancy renewal process
Maintaining good processes
Booking inventories, check outs and midterm inspections
Creating new property files
Updating the window display
Sending emails & letters
Shredding & filing
Taking payments over the phone and in the office
Dealing with maintenance issues
Notifying utility companies of tenant changeover
Chasing up rent arrears
Providing administrative support to the managers
Any other duties given to you by the Managing Director
