My client, a well established multi-branch estate agency in Ottershaw are looking to recruit an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper - ideally with some experience in Property/Estate Agency but this is not essential!
This recognised brand is looking for someone that can work well under pressure and as this position is very varied and can be demanding, excellent organisational skills are a MUST.
You will need:
Experience in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook
Previous accounting experience is essential
Knowledge of SAGE
AAT qualification a bonus
To work well under pressure
Good communication and organisation skills
Good, friendly telephone manner
Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
Willingness to be accountable and take responsibility
Be able to prioritise and organise
Smart, professional appearance
Positive, friendly attitude
Reporting creditors and debtors
Budgets and cash-flow
Purchase and sales ledger
Invoicing and expenses
