BODYSHOP MANAGER - WANTED

BASIC SALARY TO £50,000 DOE + BENEFITS

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Accident Repair Manager/Bodyshop Manager to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair - on time, every time. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking in to the final return of the vehicle.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Productivity of the workshop and ensuring the site completes the required units
• To be responsible for the overall cost of sale
• Ensuring the quality of repair of all vehicles is at the highest standard
• To deal with any complaints efficiently and ensure we contain them internally
• To ensure culture and ethos is consistently adhered to and understood

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Productivity of workshop
• Maintaining level of quality, including Quality control
• Ensuring that all required documentation including check sheets are completed comprehensively
• High levels of housekeeping maintained
• Statutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc.)
• Insurance company standards are maintained
• Productivity targets achieved
• 5 years experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
• Quality standards maintained
• Workshop documentation accurate and comprehensive
• Good housekeeping 
• Positive assessment by insurance company engineers
