My client is currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager at their Redhill based dealership. They are looking for an enthusiastic, results driven leader who is great with people and is a great motivator.
Key responsibilities -
People Management, including recruitment, training and development, induction and performance management
Developing dealership marketing and publicity strategies
Improving and maintaining customer service and satisfaction levels throughout the dealership
Deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit and cost control
You will be hands on in nature, financially aware and have effective communication skills
You must be sales focused and have a proven history in motivating a team of sales executives to hit and exceed targets
You must have experience at senior management level in the motor industry and have a stable career history
