BASIC SALARY £21,000!
My client is looking for an ADMINISTRATOR for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.
I am looking for an experienced Administrator who understands the demands of a Main Dealer and is able to meet the standards that this position brings. You will need to have good attention to detail with excellent administration skills and be able to engage with the Marketing team, Finance team and Buying team. Work well under pressure and be very organised.
To provide a wide range of administrative support to 3 teams
Check and maintain reports, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs on a timely basis
Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks
Process and Track department of motor vehicle registrations
Support the Marketing team with the uploading of vehicles to the company website
Any other duties as instructed by management
Keen interest in cars
Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
High attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task
Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn
