ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED FOR QUALITY COMPANY

My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for an AssistantProperty Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 1 years+ customer service experience to be considered. They are looking for had working individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, has good attention to detail is organised and a good team player.
As an Assistant Property Manager your role will be as follows:
Responsible in helping with the management of a portfolio of properties
Gas safety certs/EPC's
To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
The individual will have:
Experience of customer service and administration
Excellent telephone & communication skills
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
Professional approach and appearance
Full driving licence and own car required
