ASSISTANT PROPERTY CO-ORDINATOR REQUIRED FOR WELL-ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENCY

SALARY £18,500 + BONUS
My client, an established and successful Estate Agents are looking for an Assistant Property Co-Ordinator to join their busy team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and competent individual looking to work Monday to Friday within a Property Management environment. You will offer excellent service levels and strive to do your best for clients at all times. Experience in this role is not essential however you must be switched-on and happy to travel around to different properties.
Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Deal with Utility companies for managed properties
Arrange and attend property viewings
Booking and carrying out mid term visits
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
Check maintenance issues at properties and report back
Full driving licence and own car essential
Top customer service is paramount
Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
Accuracy and attention to detail
Happy to travel around to different properties
Good time management
Ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
This position is a 5 days week including saturdays with a day off in lieu. M-F 9am-5.30pm Sat 9am-4.30pm.
