This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join their team.

My client is looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour. In return you will join a team fun team of dedicated Estate Agents who will offer generous bonuses alongside the generous package.

Duties:

• Advertising properties online
• Assisting management and administrators
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Canvassing/door-knocking
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Matching customer needs for renting & letting of properties
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Valuing/listing properties to let

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car (generous mileage allowance paid
• You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
