Our well-established estate agency client is looking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Lettings Manager to run their reputable office in the desirable location of Blackheath. You will have a proven track record of working SUCCESSFULLY within RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS at Senior level or above.
Senior Lettings negotiator with minimum 2 years experience
A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing/instructing and letting properties and generating new business
Able to lead motivate, manage and lead by example.
Strong valuing/listing skills
Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
Motivational and enthusiastic
Able to manage a hard working team
The Assistant Lettings Manager will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with an excellent understanding of the property industry, and will have experience overseeing and managing a team.
