My client, a popular main dealer in Guildford, is looking for an Aftersales Manager to join their team. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will have full responsibility for the Aftersales Department within the dealership. Maybe you are a service/aftersales manager already and are looking for a new challenge, or maybe you are an assistant service manager looking for your next step up. This is a reputable brand and dealer group, and further career opportunities will be available.
Managing the whole Aftersales deparment, ensuring all targets are achieved
Identifying shortfalls / areas for improvement within the Aftersales department and creating and implementing innovative plans to continuously improve
Full responsibility of the P & L
Leading the service, workshop, bodyshop and parts teams on a day to day basis. Ensuring your teams deliver the highest levels of customer service, while generating maximum levels of profit.
Previous experience in a Senior Service role within a main car dealership
Proven Leadership skills
Ability to maintain high standards of customer service
Ability to drive sales personally
Ability to drive and performance manage your team
Full, clean licence
