Our Client is looking for a Aftersales Manager who will be an integral member of the Management and Aftersales Team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Competently leading your department in a clear manner
• Managing the resources given to maximise departmental achievements
• Ensuring that the team have clear understanding on the businesses vision, direction and strategies
• Champoning the effective and accurate usage and compliance with all systems and processes
• Demonstrating your Teams consistent adherence to the Businesses full Aftersales Experience.
• Ensuring all Department members have all the necessary specialist tools through training and coaching to ensure maximum performance individually and as Team Players.

Criteria:

Service/Aftersales Manager experience essential.

Full Driving Licence essential.

The role is based within 1 hour drive of Huntingdon. Location TBC.
