Our Client is looking for a Aftersales Manager who will be an integral member of the Management and Aftersales Team.
Responsibilities will include:
Competently leading your department in a clear manner
Managing the resources given to maximise departmental achievements
Ensuring that the team have clear understanding on the businesses vision, direction and strategies
Champoning the effective and accurate usage and compliance with all systems and processes
Demonstrating your Teams consistent adherence to the Businesses full Aftersales Experience.
Ensuring all Department members have all the necessary specialist tools through training and coaching to ensure maximum performance individually and as Team Players.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00
Saturday (1 in 3) 08:30-13:00
Service/Aftersales Manager experience essential.
Full Driving Licence essential.
The role is based within 1 hour drive of Huntingdon. Location TBC.
