My client a specialist Independent car dealer in Chelmsford is looking for a customer focused individual to take things to the next level? Are you already in a customer service role and looking to progress and better yourself? If the answer is YES then please don't hesitate in applying today!!!

 

The Role

You will be responsible for all customer queries and issues that are raised within our business following an order being placed. Advisors will therefore be dealing with some customers whose first experience with the company may not have necessarily been positive, therefore you will need to show a strong level of pride in our business coupled with a clear desire to provide customers with an outstanding experience that leaves them feeling nothing but happy after their initial challenge.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all aftercare duties are carried out, including but not limited to the following:
  • Ensuring that all telephone calls and live chats are answered within targeted times
  • Ensuring that email queries receive replies within targeted times
  • Ensuring escalations are handled without any loss in the customer experience
  • Work with other company departments to ensure highest level of customer experience always met
  • Assist Team Leader and Senior Advisor with administrative tasks when needed

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role/environment;
  • Strong commitment towards achieving swift response times and positive customer reviews/feedback;
  • Ability to multi-task effectively between various methods of contact;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Strong written communicator;
  • Positive attitude towards customers and colleagues;
  • Remains calm under pressure;
  • Confident using Word, Outlook, Excel and systems;

Up to 45hrs Per Week (Monday to Friday (x 4days) 9am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am -5pm). Some later evening maybe required.
