My client is an independent estate agent who pride themselves on first class customer service achieved by their approachable and friendly team with over 25 years’ experience in property. They are looking for an enthusiastic office administrator to provide support to the Land and New Homes office as well acting PA to the Director. They are looking for an administrator who can keep up with a face paced office with a varied work load.
Take responsibility of the day-to-day running of the Land and New Homes office
Act as first point of contact to all clients and manage all incoming correspondence
Manage the directors diary identifying priorities and coordinating appropriately
Compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
Carry out all admin for the office and director
Manage the database and filing systems
Managing social media account
Full UK driving license
Previous PA and property sector experience
Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good written and spoken business language, document presentation and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to communicate efficiently and politely both over the phone and in person with people inside and outside of the company
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills including ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
Ability to maintain discretion at all times when dealing with confidential matters
Able to be proactive in working alone when needs be and using your own initiative
