FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £21-24,000  INCLUDING A SMALL AMOUNT OF COMMISSION

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW AND START

My client an independent Residential Estate Agents with a fantastic reputation in the local area are looking for an Experienced Estate Agency Administrator with a positive, flexible and ‘can do’ approach to their work.

Essential Skills and Experience

-          Competent use of Microsoft Windows including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-          Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

-          Understanding of various file formats such as PDFs, JPEGs and TIFFS.

-          Experience of handling and manipulating photographs for marketing purposes.

-          Experience of using databases.

-          Experience of maintaining and updating websites.

-          Experience of using social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook

-          Fast touch typist

-          High standard of literacy including letter writing and creating advertising text

-          Able to prioritise

 Duties

 To manage all the administration and provide an excellent support to the Associate Director and the sales team.  Duties will include:

 -          The production of correspondence for the Associate Director including letters and contracts

-          Production of advertising material for newspapers and Guild magazine

-          Creation and management of property brochures and window cards

-          Managing our material on Zoopla, Prime Location and Right Move

-          Keeping window displays up to date

-          Management and ordering of office supplies

-          Inputting information onto the database

-          Close liaison with vendors when launching new properties to ensure we have all the information required (EPC, Floor Plan, identity check)

-          Assistance with marketing – consideration and production of leaflets for distribution

-          Answering the telephone, meeting and greeting customers and registering new buyers onto the database

-          Management of petty cash

-          Providing a general support to the Sales Team

-          Accompany viewings when required

INTERVIEWS ARE TAKING PLACE IMMEDIATELY AS CURRENT ADMINISTRATOR IS RETIRING AT THE END OF FEBRUARY.
