BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR / SECRETARY WANTED FOR BUSY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS

My client is looking for a Branch Administrator / Secretary who is an excellent organiser with good attention to detail. Professional and smartly dressed with a good telephone manner and ability to speak with all types of people. The ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure, prioritise workload effectively and cope with a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. You must have a friendly and approachable manner and can work on your own initiative and part of team. Branch Administrator/Secretary experience is essential. Loyal, trustworthy and reliable are also qualities they are looking for.
Dealing with incoming calls and customers in the office
Creating Property brochures
Booking viewings and Market Appraisals
Maintaining good processes
Updating the window display
Sending emails & letters
Shredding & filing
Providing administrative support to the managers
Any other duties given to you by the Managing Director
The individual will have:
Experience of administration
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
Desk top publishing experience is preferred but not essential
Professional approach and appearance
