  • Dealing with Customers, both face to face, over the phone and digitally.
  • Ability to use Social Media to promote the business and send and receive video messages
  • Achieving targets of Used Car & Van Sales
  • Sale of add-on products such as GAP, Diamondbrite and other addition warranty/insurance related products.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction at all times is a must
  • Showroom and Forecourt presentation
  • Meeting Training standards and willing to travel to go on manufacturer specific courses
  • Embrace the customer journey vision and adopt a customer centric approach to changing technologies available

Our client is an established automotive retailer with over 25 years’ experience and expertise within the Motor Industry and they are passionate about looking after their team members as well as ensuring their customers enjoy a great sales experience every time with nothing left to chance.

Previous experience in Automotive Sales is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
  • Well organised and able to maintain a digital diary
  • Great charisma and a welcoming nature
  • Must be confident in computer skills and open to learn new skills
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and be able to confidently present finance and insurance products
  • Adaptable and flexible to new ways of learning
  • Work well both individually and as part of a wider team.

This role requires you to be a people person, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication.

A primary part of this role involves establishing a customer's needs and being able to deliver help and guidance using your attained product knowledge. This means, knowing yourself, you must be naturally comfortable interacting and quickly building trust with existing and new customers.
