I established Prima Ardelle Associates ® in 2004 with my co-founder having gained extensive experience working within the property, banking and financial services sectors in both high growth markets and periods of economic uncertainty.

Over the years we have acted for numerous organisations advising them on a wide range of recruitment issues from talent attraction, on boarding, reduced staff acquisition costs.
