Mortgage Advisor

My client is one of the market leaders in its field who due to an improvement shown in the property market is looking for a MORTGAGE ADVISOR/ CONSULTANT who wants to take advantage of the quality of leads being referred by the sales team as well as the ability to offer a wider range of products to their clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing a range of mortgage services to clients.
Successfully Placing Mortgages for customers with a panel of lenders.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities and associated insurance products.
Managing The Mortgage Pipeline Through To Completion.
A pro-active approach in self-generating mortgage appointments.
You will also have a proven track record in a targeted and driven sales environment.
You will be self-motivated & performance driven with a strong work ethic and committed to providing value led customer service in a confident Manner with excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

A team player and willing to learn you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a sales environment. You will ideally have previous experience within a bancassurer or estate agency environment but you will be considered if you have a general background in sales (ie ex estate agency) or a proven track record in targeted sales and hold your full CeMap qualification or equivalent

Good organisational experience and able to work as part of a team with a high focus in customer service as our client is one of the market leaders in its field.
