Our client is one of the leading players in the property industry who due to an upturn have oppurtunities for sales driven individuals who are and want to work in an environment that positively encourages hard work. You will have at least 1 years sales experience with a strong focus on providing high levels of customer service - if you have had experience of the property industry previously then our client is very interested in speaking with you as the market is showing signs of recovery now! Your role will involve servicing and matching a steady stream of applicants to properties, conducting accompanied viewings, generating financial services appointments and supporting the team in over achieving targets. This role will involve both residential sales as well as lettings due to an increase in that sector. You will be a motivated and driven person with a high work ethic and able to take advantage of all of the systems and marketing our client has in place to secure their market.
