Branch Manager

This highly regarded multi disciplined property company retains us in an HR capacity to advise on quality staff that will further compliment their organisation.

As the market continues to show signs of improvement our client is keen to capitalise on improving market share and have invested heavily in marketing initiatives as well as cross selling opportunities This includes the sale of corporate owned property stock through their asset management department. We feel this puts them well placed to improve market share as well as to attract quality staff and they are now looking to speak to highly motivated individuals who feel held back by their current employers strategy and want to be part of our client's ongoing success.

For this position you will have a minimum of 2 years estate agency experience as well as a proven track record in sales - listings and mortgage appointment business generation. Ideally with some management experience you will be looking for the next step up and eager to prove yourself in the industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for full branch P&L with a focus on increasing revenue streams and profitability

Setting and reviewing performance standards with staff you will lead by example in one to one appraisals. You will be motivated by rewards and incentives as well as taking a positive interest in the development of team members.

Agreeing and implementing agreed business plans in line with the Area Managers directives.

You will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with a good understanding of the property industry.

You will have previous proven management experience in the estate agency industry within the market place or similar with a proven track record for previous sales results.
