My client is one of the market leaders in its field who due to continued improvement now has access to a panel of 70 lenders and are looking for a MORTGAGE ADVISOR/ CONSULTANT who wants to take advantage of the quality of leads being referred by the sales team as well as the ability to offer a wider range of products to their clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing a range of mortgage services to clients.
Successfully Placing Mortgages for customers with a panel of lenders.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities and associated insurance products.

Managing The Mortgage Pipeline Through To Completion.
A pro-active approach in self-generating mortgage appointments.
You will also have a proven track record in motivating and coaching sales staff to provide mortgage introductions.
You will be self-motivated & performance driven with a strong work ethic and committed to providing value led customer service in a confident Manner with excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

You will have previous experience within a bancassurer or mortgage brokerage and hold your full CeMap qualification or equivalent

Good organisational experience and able to work as part of a team with a high focus in customer service as our client is one of the market leaders in its field.

You will need a full driving licence, as you will be covering other branches within this region.

PACKAGE IS UPTO £25K BASIC WITH 1ST YEAR OTE £50K + BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE - TOP ADVISORS HERE ARE EARNING IN EXCESS OF 75K.
