My client, a busy dealership, is looking for an experienced WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR.

Main duties and requirements of a warranty administrator:

  • The efficient processing of all aspects of warranty administration, including warranty claims, documentation, returns and audits.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • You must have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
  • Good attention to detail
  • You will be customer friendly and ensure you give the best service to customers
  • You will work within a team
  • You will be smartly presented
  • You will need knowledge of the motor trade
