Due to exciting expansion plans my client has implemented a new call centre to help develop Internet leads and Phone enquiries.
You will need to have a fantastic telephone manner and be able to build Rapports and close on Business opportunities, you will also be cross-selling additional products.
Building and developing relationships with the Branch Network is also very important.
Your key responsibilities will be-
DEALING WITH OUTBOUND/INBOUND CALLS/ENQUIRIES

Making outbound calls to registered applicants and clients

Making outbound calls to new applicants who make contact with via various Internet portals

Making return calls to people who make enquiries via the websites for a Market Appraisal request, or “Call Me” request, or who email a general enquiry

Calling clients who have left a message with our call answering service and book in Market Appraisals
-
Taking inbound calls from applicants and clients who call the main number on our website, looking to convert them into Market Appraisals
-
Taking inbound calls from branch staff to assist with booking Market Appraisals and placing Home Sale Network referrals.
OFFERING ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Offer the full range of services available, including but not limited to:
Sales or Letting Market Appraisal, Sales or Lettings Home Sale network referral Service, Financial Services Appointment and conveyancing referrals
ADMINISTRATION
Booking Market Appraisal into branch diaries as and when booked, keeping records on Excel of referrals made and keeping a track of the progress. You will need to produce monthly commission claims based on completed referrals and the progression of Home Sale Network referrals sent through to completion aswell as other administration tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Call Centre Manager
