We are retained as outsourced HR for this dynamic independent estate agents who are well renowned for offering high levels of customer service and delivery.
Your role as SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR will be to work with the Directors to grow and develop the business within this extremely busy Lettings Department with a view to taking on the branch. This is an very exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and motivated team.
You must be very self- motivated, professional and hands-on with a pro-active approach towards the generation of new business.
The role would ideally suit an ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR of the right calibre, who is ready to take their next step and advance into a Management position.
In return you can expect a good basic circa £20-25,000 + commission OTE circa £40,000 D.O.E.
