PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED - INDEPENDENT AGENT

WANTED AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER TO LOOK AFTER A LARGE PORTFOLIO 

GOOD ONGOING PROSPECTS WITH THIS LEADING INDEPENDENT

BASIC SALARY UPTO £18,000 OTE £20,000

We are retained as outsourced HR for one of the UK’s leading property marketing companies who continue to outperform based on the strength of their teams. We are looking for individuals with some property related experience gained from operating in either sales, lettings, property management or commercial. Your role will be to assist the portfolio managers to ensure that service level agreements are achieved.

Your day will be varied and exciting as you will be managing a portfolio of Properties from several branches, Laising with with tenants and landlords, conducting inventories and check ins and check outs, property inspections and undertake the lettings administrative duties including reporting systems in an efficient and competent manner.
