We are retained as outsourced HR for one of the UK’s leading property marketing companies who continue to outperform based on the strength of their teams at branch level and above.
We are looking for individuals with some property related experience gained from operating in either sales, lettings, property management or commercial. Your role will be to ensure that service level agreements are achieved.
Your day will be varied and exciting as you will be:
- Liasing with with tenants and landlords, conducting inventories and check ins and check outs, property inspections
- Dealing property maintenace issues and arranging for contractors to visit properties
- Undertake the lettings administrative duties including reporting systems in an efficient and competent manner.
- Controlling rent arrears
