EXCELLENT POSITION AVAILABLE FOR A DRIVEN AND MOTIVATED NEGOTIATOR/SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
A LEADING AGENT IS LOOKING TO ADD AN EXPERIENCED NEGOTIATOR TO THEIR TEAM
BASIC SALARIES AROUND £15,000 DOE + GOOD COMMISSION SCHEMES + BENEFITS 1ST YEARS OTE £25,000 +
The role will require you to:
· Have good communication skills both over the 'phone and face to face
· Have great time keeping skills and be able to prioritise workload
· Be very presentable with a great telephone manner
You will need to have previous experience of successfully working in an Estate Agents and will have Property Sales background.
Ideally you will have worked the Local Market before.
