BASIC SALARY TO £22,000 1ST YEARS UNCAPPED OTE CIRCA £40,000 + BENEFITS
We are looking to speak to a professional MORTGAGE ADVISOR for this market leading driven organisation who offer a wide range of highly competitive mortgages products.
You will be assisting clients from first time buyers to seasoned professionals in finding the right mortgage solution from a range of exclusive mortgage products in the property market.
KEY SKILLS
· Responsible for all aspects of the mortgage transaction
· Advising customers on the right mortgage product
· Processing the application and liasing with your team along the way
· Needs based advising on range of related products such as life insurance, mortgage protection and home insurance.
This is very much a team effort and the successful candidate can not only enjoy being able to offer a wide range of competitive products but will also have the benefits of working for a progressive organisation with leads being generate by highly motivated and trained sales staff.
You must hold CeMAP or equivalent and be a qualified Mortgage Adviser who is currently currently providing mortgage advice face to face in a targeted role. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets.
