Our client based in Norwich City Centre is currently looking for a MARKETING EXECUTIVE to join their progressive and successful team.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to help us with a wide variety of projects and campaigns to support the promotion of the company in East Anglia. Working with our Marketing Manager, you’ll need to be outgoing, proactive and ready to take the initiative.

You will help create, design and deliver successful marketing campaigns covering a variety of online and offline channels. Utilising your energetic ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll enjoy working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and reactive to change. As someone who likes diversity in their role, you will find the variety of work exciting and possess the ability to take on a multitude of tasks including social media, email marketing, website updates, content design, PR support, research, reporting, analytics and data collection. You will be looking forward to putting your excellent written and verbal English skills to good use.

Identifying and creating fresh and interesting angles for content to support key business objectives and messages.
Responsibility for business content - writing materials for a range of internal and external collaterals, including brochures, white papers, video scripts and campaigns. Creating digital marketing content for company websites and social media platforms.
Tailoring the content and style of individual writing assignments according to their purpose and have an understanding of the needs of the audience. Designing quarterly marketing campaigns. Managing advertising activities across hard copy and on-line media. Copy editing your own and others writing, producing a monthly newsletter using our CRM system.
Assist the Marketing Manager with day to day marketing tasks and initiatives and coordinate these activities as requested. Continuously seek feedback to further improve on deliverables, whilst meeting demanding lead targets. Work with the Marketing Manager to develop a strong marketing strategy and liaise with all departments with regards to marketing plans.
Assist in setting up and monitoring tracking systems for marketing campaigns and competitor activity, employing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Help to create both internal and external company communications. Work with internal and external suppliers to develop relationships and assist with sales and operational support.

YOU WILL BE:

  • The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience within a marketing capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of and be proficient in MS Office packages and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well organised with a customer-orientated approach.
  • Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Pro-active, can-do attitude with a willingness to get involved in projects from the offset.
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
