BASIC SALARIES UPTO £12,500 DOE WITH 1ST YEARS OTE £20,000
Market Leading Agent are looking for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WITH 6 MONTHS + EXPERIENCE for their busy office to join an already very successful team of negotiators.
The role will require you to:
- Have good communication skills both over the 'phone and face to face
- Arrange viewings, book in valuations and mortgage appointments, deal with applicant registrations, service vendors and purchasers in a positive and effective manner whilst
- Ensuring your personal and branch targets are achieved.
- You will have experience of successfully working in an estate agents and will have a lettings or property sales background and thrive in this fast paced environment.
