ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN NORWICH

25 HOURS A WEEK MONDAY - FRIDAY 10.00AM-3.00PM  (FLEXIBILITY ON HOURS MAY BE CONSIDERED ALSO)

GREAT BASIC SALARY (PRO RATA) DOE + 25 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE

 

Our client is currently recruiting for a fantastic people person to join their successful company on a part time basis and is flexible for the right person.  You will provide first class customer service and support the teams in a great environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Having a clear understanding of the company and its services
  • You will provide a comprehensive audio typing and administration service as part of a centralised administration service for the business
  • Typing reports, minutes, property details, letters and other documents.
  • Establishing and completing audio dictation to meet turnaround times
  • Full administration duties, as required, in support of the centralised administration service.
  • Provide audio typing services
  • Full support to central teams
  • Post and franking
  • Stationary ordering
  • Liaising with HR and dealing with employees and notification of sickness

YOU:

  • Dedicated to providing first class customer service.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft office
  • Fast, accurate digital audio typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prepared to be an ambassador for the company
  • Excellent listener who is empathetic to customers and potential clients
  • Composed and calm
  • Aware of appointments attending the officeTeam player with a "can-do" attitude
