BASIC TO £25,000 WITH OTE YEAR 1 £40K+ AND YEAR 2 EXCESS OF £70K
Our clients are a forward-thinking Property organisation that is consistently bucking the recession, and are currently recruiting for a B2B Business Development Manager, to work alongside one of their Directors and their Block Management team to develop this sector of the business
The role will involve
Acting as a spearhead to open up new contacts
Preparing and conducting new business presentations
Relationship management with existing clients and introducers
Dealing with (and selling to) a broad range of businesses – many large
Project managing marketing channels and budgets (EG, direct mail and internet)
It’s a very varied position, which will be based in the East London office and (as property is a very hands-on asset) will include a fair amount of ‘fieldwork’.
What they're looking for from a candidate
Good B2B sales experience
Excellent natural sales abilities
An ability to present at Director level
Ideally from a Property / Estate Agency background
Good written skills and reasonable numeracy
An entrepreneurial streak
Lots of drive
