BASIC SALARY C. £17-20,000 PLUS BONUSES
My client is one of the market leaders in its field who, due to the high levels of business from this office, is looking for a BRANCH/LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR.
Your key responsibilities:

To undertake the office's administrative and secretarial duties including reporting systems in an efficient and competent manner.

To handle correspondence in accordance with manager's instructions.

Provide support to other team members by undertaking front line telephone and face to face sales support when required. Ensure expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels
-
Comply with company's standard procedures and legislative measures affecting Estate Agencies, Financial Services and Health and Safety at Work.
Key Skills:
Accuracy and numeracy - Keyboard/computer literate - Customer service- Organisational -Team player - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You will have worked within a busy Lettings Administration Infrastructure and ideally within a senior role mentoring and training Administration staff.
