BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED FOR LEADING ESTATE AGENCY FIRM

SALARY UPTO £19K - MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS

My client is a progressive and forward thinking, multi disciplined independent estate agent in Hampton Hill with a good solid track record in delivering high levels of customer service to both vendors and purchasers alike in the surrounding branch network area. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Administrator to join their friendly team.

Duties:

  • General office administration
  • Monitoring petty cash
  • Maintain office supply stocks
  • Maintain office appearance and organise repair works where necessary
  • Draft tenancy agreements
  • Negotiate and agree renewals
  • Sending out renewal letters

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45 - 5:30

You will be responsible for providing administration and support to the busy sales & lettings department.

The ideal candidate wiill have fantastic attention to detail, as well as taking pride in customer service.
