You will have a proven track record of operating as an Estate Agent and looking to make your mark at manager level and be looking to maximise your earnings with all the tools our leading estate agency client can give to you to do the role effectively.

Key Skills:
- Currently working within Estate Agency and valuing/listing
- Proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, mortgage appointments, sales and listings.
- Able to lead motivate, manage and lead by example.
- You will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with a good understanding of the property industry.
