UPTO £21,000 BASIC AND £25,000 OTE

Due to exciting expansion plans my client is looking to recruit a Area Property Manager to oversee a team of 4-6 Property Managers for a centralised unit.


You will be responsible for making sure Profitability targets are exceeded, Providing an agreed level of service to Clients, Managing client retention and recommendation success Referral's making sure your team are hitting their targets and making sure all work is Compliant with legislation and company systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximise current and future income opportunities and ensure that the team focus on and maximises referral and recommendation opportunities 
  • Drive, implement and continually re-enforce changes to processes and systems with an emphasis on efficiency and improvement and ensuring full and effective use by all staff
  • Provides operational feedback to branches and branch line management on key client requirements as well as branch improvements possible to produce bottom line benefit and improved client experience.
  • Monitor performance against targets and service levels and takes appropriate action e.g. from improving individual performance to identifying and remove obstacles.
  • Develop strong relationship with key Clients & encourage team to build good relationships with the area of responsibility Is the key point of contact for Clients and deals personally with difficult queries, issues and potential complaints
  • Ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly and effectively and action is always taken in line with agreed service standards. Ensure that all relevant people are kept informed and up to date with progress and issues.
  • Take action to ensure that potential problems are pre-empted. Ensure that lessons from problem cases are learnt and incorporated into processes/behaviours
  • Manage a team of 3 - 6 providing focus and direction. This would also include monitoring the team to ensure company key processes are being met
  • Focus staff on delivering an effective and consistent level of service, operating to agreed processes and timescales.
  • Undertake weekly reviews for all staff focusing on activity levels and adherence to processes. Identify underperformance and agree a specific plan to remedy 
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure maximum contribution to the team and the achievement of personal and team targets to include the ability for team members to effectively support other disciplines within their own and other teams 
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure that staff have the right levels of knowledge to be able to deal with standard queries across all key areas. 
  • Provide advice on how to deal with difficult and complexed issues that need a high level of knowledge and expertise
