Your role will involve telephoning existing clients, advising, managing and selling personal loans, credit cards and insurance.
You will be genuinely assisting people in organising their short and medium term credit requirements as well as maximising cross sales opportunities with a range of competitive products.
You will also meet and interview members of the public, fully assessing their financial requirements and suitability as customers. The next stage is to identify and sell them a range of suitable products including: personal loans, mortgages, loan consolidation, income protection, and credit cards.
Fully responsible in managing the loan process throughout during its term there are some debt chasing duties that will apply.
